Afghanistan captain Hashamtullah Shahidi has won the toss and elected to bowl first against Bangladesh in the opener of the three one-day internationals at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chattogram on Wednesday.

The home side has opted for three pacers alongside two spinners.

Mohammad Saleem made debut for the tourists.
