Afghanistan captain Hsahmatullah Shahi has won the and elected to bowl first in the one-off Test against Bangladesh at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium on Wednesday.

Bangladesh have opted for three pacers alongside two specialist spinners. Nijatullah Masood and Karim Janat made their international debut.

For the hosts, Shakib Al Hasan is out with a finger injury that he suffered from during the Ireland ODIs while Tamim Iqbal is also out due to lower back pain.
