The BCB XI left for India on Saturday morning to encounter two four-day and three one-days against Tamil Nadu.
A Bangladesh Cricket Board official has confirmed that the touring side has departed at 11 a.m. Bangladesh Standard Time through a US Bangla Carrier.
Earlier on the day, the BCB announced the revised fixture for the tour that was primarily scheduled to start on October 12.
According to the rescheduled fixtures, the visiting side will start their campaign featuring in the four days going to be held at M. A. Chidambaram Stadium from October 25 to 28 and November 1 to 4 respectively.
After the conclusion of the longer version game, the one-days will kick-off on November 7, followed by the second and third on November 9 and 11, respectively.
Subsequently the completion of the series, the visitors will return to their home on November 12.
Earlier, the tourists were scheduled to leave for India on October 9 to appear in the series.
However, they failed to do so, on the back of their visa complications.
