The Bangladesh national cricket team has left Dhaka this evening for Sylhet to hold a three-day preparation camp for the upcoming one-day series against their Ireland counterpart in Chelmsford, England starting on May 9.
According to a Bangladesh Cricket Board official, the Tigers have departed today at 7 p.m.
The training camp, which is considered the build-up for the visiting side ahead of three one-day internationals against the host, would start on May 27 and continue up to May 29.
Following the conclusion of the build-up, Tamim Iqbal led Bangladesh would leave the country for the United Kingdom on May 1.
The ODIs, which are part of the ICC World Cup Super League, are scheduled for May 9, 12, and 14 at the Cloud County Ground, Chelmsford.
