The England national cricket team finished their first day of training to the rhythm of music ahead of their one day international clash against the host Bangladesh at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium and National Cricket Academy Ground, Mirpur, today.
The visitors who were scheduled to attend their opening day training sessions at 10 a.m. arrived around 10 minutes earlier than the time slot at the venue.
The tourists commenced their buildup with a light warmup at the SBNCS alongside playing rugby.
Then they moved to the NCAG for skill training, where they toiled both in batting, bowling, and fielding until 1 p.m.
Sam Curran, a 24-year-old all-rounder, was spotted carrying a red colored music box that was playing well-known songs such as "Hotel California" by the famed musical band Eagles and "Don't stop believing" by the American rock band respectively, which fueled the visitors to be finished with a good build up before they face the Tigers on March 1.
Pacers Jofra Archer and Reece Topley were producing some spectacular bouncers against their teammates Josh Buttler and Moeen Ali on the green surfaces of the nets installed inside the NCAG.
The touring English will feature in three ODIs and the similar number of T20Is at the Tigers backyard.
The ODIs are scheduled for March 1, 3, and 6 while the T20Is will be played on March 9, 12 and 14 at the SBNCS and Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chattogram, respectively.
