Bangladesh's newly appointed head coach Chandika Hathurusingha arrived Dhaka tonight to take charge of the Tigers for the second time ahead of the high-profile series against England.

The veteran Sri Lankan coach arrived in Dhaka at 10:30 p.m. through Emirates Airlines.

Earlier this month the Bangladesh Cricket Board reappointed Hathurusingha on a two year contract to fill the shoes of Russell Domingo who resigned from the role.

Meanwhile the BCB has settled on the appointment of the assistant coach for the Tigers ahead of the forthcoming heavyweight series against the visitors scheduled to kick off on March 1.
