Shorna Akter, who struck a blustering fifty in the early game against Sri Lanka, made a 14-ball 22, while Rabeya Khan stood on 18 off 24 balls to reach the modest 194-5 with 15 balls to spare, pursuing 103-4.
Skipper Disha Bishwas was the top bowler among the Bangladeshi bowlers, picking up 2-13, and the remaining wicket was claimed by Marufa Akter.
For the USA, Snigdha Paul scored a highest 26 while Aditiba Chudasama was the pick among the bowlers, scalping 2-15.
Batting first, USA opener Laasya Mullapudi was dismissed by Disha just for a sluggish 12-ball 5.
